Reporting an error
It helps if you tell us:
- the page address;
- the figure you think is wrong, and what you expected;
- your nation, band, pay point and any other settings you chose;
- a link to the official source, if you have one.
Confirmed corrections are made quickly and logged on the change log.
What we cannot do
We cannot look at your individual payslip, advise on a pay dispute, or give tax, pension or legal advice. Your payroll team, your union or a regulated adviser can help with those.
